• Production typically takes 2-4 business days before dispatch
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted per square meter and displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment must be completed before production begins. We accept payments through PayFast's secure payment gateway.

5. File Uploads and Copyright

When uploading custom images, you confirm that you own the copyright or have permission to use the image for printing purposes. Brightwall is not responsible for copyright infringement claims related to customer-uploaded content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brightwall's liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Color variations may occur due to printing processes and monitor differences.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
