Shipping Areas
We currently ship throughout South Africa. All orders are dispatched from our production facility in Durban and delivered via reliable courier services.
Processing Time
- Production: 2-4 business days
- Dispatch: Same day once production is complete
- Delivery: 1-3 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Costs
📦 Free Shipping on orders over R2,000
💰 R120 flat rate for orders under R2,000
Delivery Areas & Times
- Major Cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria): 1-2 business days
- Secondary Cities (Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London): 2-3 business days
- Smaller Towns and rural areas: 3-5 business days
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at the nearest depot.
Returns Policy
All wallpapers are custom-made to your exact specifications and cannot be resold. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are ONLY accepted in the following circumstances:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defects (printing errors, material flaws)
- Incorrect order fulfillment (wrong size, material, or design)
What is NOT Returnable
The following are NOT eligible for return:
- Change of mind or color preference
- Incorrect measurements provided by customer
- Minor color variations due to printing or monitor differences
- Buyer's remorse or design dissatisfaction
- Custom uploaded images that don't meet quality expectations
Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return:

- Provide details: Include your order number, photos of the issue, and description
- Assessment: Our team will assess your claim within 2 business days
- Resolution: If approved, we'll arrange replacement or refund
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
